When a person suffers a spinal cord injury, after a car accident for example, there may still be nerve fibres left between the brain and the rest of the body. Identifying them and exploiting their full rehabilitation potential is the mission of Professor Dorothy Barthélemy’s research. Gino Harel met her in her laboratory.

Interview given to Gino Harel for the program Les Années lumière broadcasted on Radio-Canada radio on April 18, 2021 (In French)
